The staff were very pleasant on arrival, gave us plenty of information about wicklow town, we were here in November and the weather was cold and frosty. The hotel was kept nice and warm which was a great relief in the early hours of the morning as we had spent the evening on a tour of the most haunted and historic jails in Ireland just 8 minutes walk through the town from the hotel. No problems in recommending it to anyone and will most certainly be back.
The bathrooms could be retiled and a little up grading, down stairs which included bars etc...where perfect.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very good location in the heart of Wicklow town. Room was very nice and clean, with a big comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice. The food served in the bar was really nice, and there was a really good atmosphere in the bar. All in all a really nice hotel.

Good value for short notice overnight stay.
Rooms dated and tired and badly in need of updating.

Good athmosphere
Bedroom door and bathroom door locks are not very good and very outdated.Bedroom door should lock after entering. We forgot to lock ours as in every where we go they lock themselves. We found the bathroom doora little bit hard to open after locking it. Also a bit pricey for a 3*

Great location, enjoyed the small size. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.
Poor internet connection in our room, never was able to connect to hotel internet; in hallway I was able to access an unsecured outside connection, our friends were not able to connect to hotel internet as well. The couple we were travelling with could hear the bass pounding (noise from wedding?) on Friday night.

All i can say is that your staff, Claire and the other girls were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, everything was perfect and as my brother and his family reside in Wicklow that i will re-book your hotel again in the future.
